Refund & Return Policy – Hayya Perfumes

At Hayya Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.

Returns are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:

  • The perfume bottle is damaged

  • The perfume has leakage

  • You received the wrong product or wrong fragrance

If any of the above occurs, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days

⚠️ We do not accept returns for any other reason.
Once a perfume is opened, used, or tested, it becomes non-returnable.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hayyaperfume@gmail.com

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos or video of the issue

    • Description of the problem

If approved, you will receive:

  • Return instructions

  • Return shipping label

  • Return address details

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and personal care products are non-returnable unless damaged, leaking, or incorrectly shipped.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special orders


Exchanges

If your return is approved, you may:

  • Receive a replacement, or

  • Receive a refund

Exchanges are handled after the returned item is inspected.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
